Old Hwy Rd. Full Road Closure for Water Main Construction

Old Highway Road will have a full road closure between the eastern driveway of the Dubuque County Fairgrounds and near the 5000 Block of Old Highway Road for water main construction starting 8:00 a.m Monday August 14 until 5:00 p.m Tuesday October 31.

The detour will be along Seippel Road and US Highway 20.  Traffic will be able to access Rhody's.

Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
