High Bluff St. closure between Farley St. and Humboldt St.

High Bluff St. will be closed between Farley St. and Humboldt St. for private construction work from 7 AM Monday, August 21 until 5 PM Wednesday, August 23. Motorists are asked to use an alternate route.
