4th St. from Elevator to Locust & Bluff St. from 3rd - 5th Streets

Due to a City-permitted special event, 4th St. from the Elevator to Locust will be closed at 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 25 and Bluff St. between 3rd and 5th will be closed at 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 25.
