Winter Storm Transit & Parking Service Notice, January 8, 2024

According to the National Weather Service, heavy snowfall and strong winds will make travel difficult Monday evening into Wednesday morning. To ensure the safety of our passengers and staff, The Jule MiniBus and Fixed Route services will operate on an on-call basis Tuesday, January 9, 2024, beginning at 4:45 am – 5:00 pm.  On-call service will be available for riders needing to take essential trips on main roads only through 5:00 pm, please call 563-589-4196 for more information.  The Intermodal Transfer Center will be open as normal pending storm outcomes.  Passengers can call 563-589-4196 for an on-call trip. Priority service will be provided for employment and non-emergency medical trips.

The Jule plans on operating normal hours Wednesday, January 10th providing road conditions improve.

- Parking -

The 5th Street Ramp, Intermodal Ramp, Central Ramp, and 5 Flags Ramp will be open to the public in the unreserved spaces for free parking until Tuesday morning, January 16, 2024, at 7:00 am to facilitate parking off street for snow removal.

Ramp arms will be open at 3:00 pm today, January 8, 2024.

All vehicles in the ramps after 7:00 am on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, will be subject to normal parking rates.
