W 5th St. Closure between Locust St. and Main St. 

Due to a City-permitted special event, W. 5th St. from Locust St. to Main St. will be closed from 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, until 2 a.m. on Thursday, March 28. The closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
