Application Now Open for City of Dubuque Purchase of Services Grant Program

The application for the City of Dubuque Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Purchase of Services Grant Program is now open.
The Purchase of Services Grant Program provides support for human service programs in Dubuque that further the City’s goals, objectives, and priorities. Not-for-profit and faith-based organizations located in the city providing year-round human services programs are eligible to apply.
The funding for the Purchase of Services Grant program is determined by the City Council during the budget process. The adopted FY25 budget may allocate up to $100,000 for the competition.
Three grant applicant workshops will be provided:
- Wednesday, April 10, from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Housing and Community Development Department, Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 6th St.
- Monday, April 15, from 1 - 2 p.m. – Virtual
- Thursday, April 18, from 3 - 4 p.m. – Virtual
Workshop registration, grant guidelines, and the grant application form can be found on the City’s website at www.cityofdubuque.org/POSG. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 26.
