W 5th St. Closure between Locust St. and Main St. 

Due to a City-permitted special event, W. 5th St. from Locust St. to Main St. will be closed from 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, until 2 a.m. on Monday, April 8. The closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
