Registration opens at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24.Registration for Leisure Services programs, including swim lessons, opens at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24. RecTrac is our online registration system. If you don't already have a RecTrac account, we encourage you to create your account in advance at www.cityofdubuque.org/letsgo. This will save you time when you go to register!
