Program designed for youth ages 12-18. A parent or guardian is recommended to attend with their child, however, it is not required.

Join Dubuque Police Officers Wilkens Dieujuste, Billy Dieujuste & Brianna Mazette, along with other members of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, for this hands-on interactive training program.

Components of the program include: 

1. citizenship
2. law literacy and
3. law enforcement engagement

with a focus on:

• teaching youth about proper and safe ways to interact with police
• their rights during traffic stops or police contact and
• how to handle police misconduct during and after the time misconduct takes place.
