E 13th St. closed between White and Jackson Streets - REVISED start time of closure

Closure start time revised to 6:30 a.m.

Due to a City-permitted special event, E. 13th St. from White St. to Jackson St. will be closed from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 31.
