CenturyLink/Lumen is currently experiencing a statewide landline phone outage. Like many other organizations, the City of Dubuque is experiencing sporadic disruptions to its phone system. The Dubuque County 911 Center's ability to accept 911 calls is NOT affected by this issue. The non-emergency dispatch number (563-589-4415) may be impacted.

Due to the nature of this outage, both landlines and cellular service may be impacted. If you need to reach 911 and are unable to make outbound calls, please check with a neighbor, friend, or relative whose service may not be impacted.
