UPDATE: No Pause in Online, Phone Payment of City Utility Bills June 27 - July 1

City of Dubuque Finance Department staff have revised processing procedures related to the end of the fiscal year and will no longer need to pause online and phone utility bill payments from Thursday, June 27, through Monday, July 1, as previously announced. The City apologizes for any inconvenience or confusion caused by this adjustment.  

Payments may also be made by mail or in-person (cash, check, or credit card) at the Utility Billing office on the first floor of City Hall (50 West 13th Street). Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
