Washington St. from E. 9th St. to E. 11th and E. 10th St. from Jackson St. to Elm St. 

Due to a City-permitted special event, Washington St. will be closed from E. 9th St. to E. 11th and E. 10th St. will be closed from Jackson St. to Elm St. on Friday, Sept. 13 from 12:00 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. 

The E. 10th St. parking lot and ramp will be available for parking.
