How To RegisterYou can register for programs online, in-person, or over the phone!- Online: RecTrac is our online registration system. Get started and create your account today!
- In-Person: You may register in person at the Leisure Services office located at 1157 Central Ave. open Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Phone: To register over the phone, call the Leisure Services office at 563-589-4263. You must pay with a credit card or scholarship credits.

City of Dubuque Family Scholarship ProgramThe City provides qualifying low-income families with $150 in scholarship credits which can be used for program registration, pavilion rentals, and other services provided through the Parks and Recreation Divisions. Applicants may use their credits upon completion of the application process.
