28th St. Road Closure between Central Ave. and Davenport St. 

Due to fiber utility construction, 28th St. will be fully closed from Central Ave. to Davenport St. starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 21. 

Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
