Applications for FY26 Arts and Culture Operating Support Grant Program Due April 11

Applications for the City of Dubuque Arts and Culture Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Operating Support Grant Program are due Friday, April 11. Established 501(c)(3) Dubuque-based nonprofit organizations with a primary mission to provide the public with arts, arts education, or cultural heritage programs and activities are eligible to apply.
This Operating Support Grant Program is intended to increase the community's access to a wide range of inclusive and diverse arts and cultural experiences that support economic activity, empower community engagement, and cultivate an equitable community of choice.
Funding requests are based on the organization's certified operating expenses for their most recently completed fiscal year. The maximum funding an organization can receive is calculated at 6% of those operating expenses, not to exceed $30,000. No match is required.
Application Access and Deadline
- Applications must be submitted via Slideroom, the online application portal.
- Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025.
