Join the City of Dubuque and the Dubuque Bike Coop for Bike Week (May 12 – 16)!

• Cyclists using our Rack & Ride program can Ride The Jule for FREE.
• FREE bike parking is available at the Intermodal Transfer Center (950 Elm St).
• FREE bike parking and a fix-it station is available at the Central Avenue Ramp (975 Central Ave).
