Rustic Point Park Conceptual Plan and Engagement Summary

The City of Dubuque plans to construct a park in the Rustic Point neighborhood in the summer of 2026. To create a plan for the park, the City gathered feedback from residents through an online survey and an in-person event in March. 

A Natural Space for Neighborhood Connection

The overarching consensus from the survey and the in-person event was a desire for tree-shaded spaces and gathering areas for adults and a small play area for children. Read the full community engagement summary.
