Get 100 More Reasons to Fly DBQ with New Rebate Program

DUBUQUE INITIATIVES OFFERS $100 AIRFARE REBATE

There are now 100 more reasons to Fly DBQ! Dubuque Initiatives is offering a $100 rebate on flights bought by the end of September. There are no restrictions on when the flights take place; however, tickets must be purchased between August 11, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

To receive the rebate, travelers must present proof of purchase to Greater Dubuque Development Corporation. Rebates will be issued as checks to the ticket purchaser. Employers who buy tickets for their employees' business travel will be reimbursed $100 per ticket. Leisure travelers will be reimbursed directly.

To request reimbursement, provide proof of ticket purchase, as a ticket or invoice, to:
