10th St. between Jackson and Elm & Washington St. between 9th and 11th 

Due to a City-permitted special event, 10th St. between Jackson and Elm Streets and Washington St. between 9th & 11th Streets will be closed on Friday, September 5 at noon and will remain closed until 9:30 pm on Saturday, September 6.
