DUBUQUE, Iowa – On October 24th at approximately 9:58 am, Dubuque Police received a call of reported gunshots in the area of E. 17th and Jackson Streets. Officers responded and located a subject identified as 18-year-old Kareem Sehwail of Dubuque.
