Holiday Schedule for City of Dubuque Services

City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Thursday, Dec. 25, for the Christmas holiday and on Wednesday, Dec. 31, and Thursday, Jan. 1, for the New Year holiday. This includes City Hall and other City offices and facilities.

There will be no curbside trash, yard debris, food scraps, or recycling collections on Thursday, Dec. 25, or Thursday, Jan. 1. Usual Thursday collections will be made on the following Saturdays, Dec. 27, and Jan. 3. There is no change in the schedule for curbside collections on Wednesday, Dec. 24, or Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency facilities will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25, and Thursday, Jan. 1.

The Jule will not operate on Wednesday, Dec. 24; Thursday, Dec. 25; Wednesday, Dec. 31; or Thursday, Jan. 1. Parking meter violations will not be enforced on these days either.

The following City facilities will also be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24; Thursday, Dec. 25; Wednesday, Dec. 31; and Thursday, Jan. 1:

• Carnegie-Stout Public Library
• Intermodal Transportation Center
• Multicultural Family Center
