John F. Kennedy Road lane closure

The southbound lanes of John F. Kennedy Road will be closed at Carter Road from 5 PM Tuesday, 2/27 to 12 noon Thursday 3/1 for water main repair.  Southbound traffic will be shifted to the northbound lane and northbound traffic will be merged to one lane.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
