Eastbound Lane Closure on Kelly Lane Wednesday through Thursday

The eastbound lane of Kelly Lane will be closed for hydrant replacement work from 8:30 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, March 14) to 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 15. 
 
The westbound lane of Kelly Lane will remain open during this time.  Eastbound motorists will be detoured onto Geraldine Drive to Patricia Ann Drive to Edwards Road.  A map of the detour is available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
