7th Street and 8th Street Closure - east of Locust Street

7^th Street will be closed just east of Locust Street for private repair work from 6 AM to 10 AM tomorrow, Friday 3/23.  Also, 8^th Street will be closed just east of Locust Street for private repair work from 10 AM to 2 PM tomorrow.  Motorists should use an alternate route.
