Professional leaders from local organizations have teamed up with the Multicultural Family Center (MFC) and the Dubuque Black Men Coalition to offer professional employment skills to teens including resume building, mock interviews, leadership and communication skills, goal setting, and professional appearance.

Summer 2018

The Multicultural Family Center's (MFC) Youth Employment & Education Program is a summer teen empowerment program focusing on employment, education and financial literacy.

This program connects youth ages 14-16 with community leaders, business professionals and higher education institutions.  Participants learn how to be successful members of the workforce, explore various careers while gaining critical employment, communication, and leadership skills. TEENS CAN ALSO EARN UP TO $500!
Applicants are highly encouraged to attend the Road to Success for Teens program on April 4th (see above).
