Pennsylvania Avenue Closure - between Radford and Heacock

Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed for emergency water main repair between Radford and Heacock until further notice.  Eastbound motorists will be detoured onto Heacock to Asbury to Radford.  Westbound motorists will be detoured onto Radford to Chavenelle to Seippel.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Water Department at 563-589-4294.
