JFK Lane closure - south of Pennsylvania

The southbound (outside) lane of JFK will be closed south of Pennsylvania for private utility work from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Tuesday 4/24.  Southbound traffic will be shifted to the inside lane.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
