Pennsylvania Avenue Lane Closures - west of JFK

Both eastbound lanes of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed west of John F. Kennedy Road for private utility installation from 7 AM to 7 PM on Tuesday, May 1.  The westbound lane will remain open.  Eastbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour onto Key Way Drive, to Hillcrest Road, and back to Pennsylvania Avenue.  A map of the detours is available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
