University Avenue Closure - west of N. Grandview

University Avenue will be closed between N. Grandview and Atlantic for roundabout construction starting on Thursday June 14.  Eastbound and westbound motorists will be detoured onto Delhi Street, while northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained.  Access to businesses will be maintained for duration of the project.  The Jule Midtown Transfer will be temporarily relocated to University Avenue, east of N.
