Digital Plan Review
To better serve residents, businesses, contractors, and design professionals, the Building Services Department is starting digital plan review. This measure will improve plan review coordination with city departments, as well as reduce printing costs for applicants. Effective July 1, 2018 the Building Services Department will require (1) set of paper plans and one (1) set of electronic plans.
Electronic plans can be submitted on an external (flash) drive, email, or CD in PDF file form. The marked-up digital plan set, and plan review notes will be returned to the applicant electronically when the permit is issued.
