New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Shopko, 255 JFK Rd in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 06/14/18 at approximately 5:15 PM.    If you have information please submit it here.
