The City of Dubuque Leisure Services Department will be applying chemicals to city-owned properties and right-of-way in the North Zone, West Zone, Downtown Zone, Center Zone and Hwy 20 Zone, from Wednesday, July 11th through Friday, July 20th, 2018.  Pesticide application signs will be displayed in areas where chemicals have been applied.
