New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly stole a wallet while she was at Walmart, 4200 Dodge St in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 06/09/18 at approximately 6:40 PM.  If you have information please submit it here.
