How do I schedule a Bulky Item pickup?

The City of Dubuque offers weekly collection for bulky item for a minimum fee of $10. Customers must call 563-589-4250 prior placing items to the curb or alley line.

All items must be set out by 6:00 am on the day of collection, but not more than 24 hours prior collection.

The City offers a free tool, “ReThink Waste Dubuque,” to make it easier for City curbside collection customers to remember to set out trash, recycling, and organics and to stay informed on collection schedule changes and what can and cannot be recycled.
