New ID4PD Case Posted

Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Kohl’s, 2595 NW Arterial in Dubuque.  The incident occurred on 07/07/18 at approximately 11:45 AM.  The subject is possibly associated with a maroon 2006 Chevy Trailblazer.  If you have information please submit it here.
