Pennsylvania Avenue Lane Closure - between NW Arterial and Donovan

A lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between the NW Arterial and Donovan for private electrical repair from 8 AM today, Tuesday 8/21, to 4 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 8/22.  Eastbound traffic will be merged into one lane during this time.  Motorists are urged to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
