E. 1st Street Closure - between Ice Harbor and Water

E. 1^st Street will be closed for private demolition work between Ice Harbor and Water from 7 AM to 7 PM tomorrow, Tuesday September 11.  Motorists will need to use an alternate route.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
