Windsor Avenue Southbound lane Closure between E 24th and E 22nd

The southbound lane of Windsor Avenue will be closed between East 24^th and  East 22^nd  for private water service repair from 8:00 AM, Thursday, September 27  to 5:00 PM, Friday, September 28. Northbound traffic will be maintained.  Southbound motorists should follow the posted detour.
