Carter Road Closure - at JFK

Carter Road will be closed at the intersection of JFK for watermain repair work from 8:30 AM tomorrow, Tuesday October 23^rd to 3 PM Wednesday October 24^th.  Traffic will not be able to enter or exit Carter Road at JFK.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.  The northbound (outside) lane of JFK will be closed and traffic will be merged into the remaining lane during this time.  Northbound JFK motorists need to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Water Department at 563-589-4294.
