Lincoln Avenue Closure between Ann Street and Dock Street

Lincoln Avenue will be closed between Ann Street and Dock Street for private sewer repair from 8 AM Thursday November 29th to 5 PM Monday December 3rd.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
