City Offers New Online Payment System for Parking Permits and Tickets

DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque Transportation Services Department now offers the option for the public to pay parking permit and parking ticket fees online at www.cityofdubuque.org/parking.  

The new online system is free to use and does not charge a convenience fee to process payment. The system allows users to view permits and account fees, pay tickets, appeal a ticket, add or edit a vehicle to their account, and also view lists of parking ticket and permit costs.
