The intersection of Jackson Street and 30^th Street is closed around 3000 Jackson Street (the former H&W Building) until further notice due to wind damage to the building.  Jackson Street will be closed from the south side of 30^th Street to the south side of Leibe Street.  30^th Street will be closed between Washington and Jackson Street.  The Jackson Street detour will use 29^th Street to Central Avenue to 32^nd Street.  The 30^th Street detour will use White Street and Washington Street to 29^th  Street.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
