Elm Street Lane Closure - between 25th and 24th

The southbound lane of Elm Street is closed for private construction work between 25^th and 24^th Streets.  This private construction project is anticipated to last 4 weeks.  Southbound traffic is being detoured to Jackson to 24^th Street.  The northbound lane will remain open.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
