Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition

The Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition Project will move into Phase 2 starting on Monday, July 8, and is anticipated to last approximately two weeks.  Work will occur on the east leg of the Pennsylvania and NW Arterial intersection with the outside (westbound) lane being closed.  All lanes of the NW Arterial are anticipated to remain open during Phase 2.  Pedestrians will be detoured to the sidewalk on the south side of Pennsylvania Avenue and access to area businesses will also be maintained.  Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution in the area and to expect delays.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
