2300 Block of Kerper Blvd Lane Closures

The western northbound lane and the eastern southbound lane of the 2300 block of Kerper Blvd. will be closed for private water service repair from 7 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, to 5 p.m. on  Wednesday, July 17.  Northbound traffic will be merged to the eastern lane and southbound traffic will be merged to the western lane.  Motorists should expect delays during this work.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
