Loras Blvd lane closure between Main St and Locust St

 The northern westbound lane of Loras Blvd. will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, July 12, for private utility work.  Traffic will be merged into the southern westbound lane.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
