Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition UPDATE

As part of Pennsylvania Avenue Right-Turn Lane Addition Project, the northbound (outside) lane of the NW Arterial will be closed starting tomorrow, Wednesday August 14^th to accommodate work occurring in the northeast corner of the intersection.  This lane closure is anticipated to last one week.  In addition, the traffic signals at the intersection of Pennsylvania and NW Arterial will be out of service beginning at 9 PM on Thursday, August 15^th with All-Way Stop control occurring until 6 AM on Friday, August 16^th.  Motorists are urged to use caution in the area and to expect delays.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
