Valley Street Closure - west of Southern Ave

Valley Street will be closed just west of Southern Avenue for private utility disconnects from 7 AM to 7 PM tomorrow, Thursday August 29th.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
