Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly shoplifted merchandise at Northside Liquor, 2013 Central Ave., in Dubuque. The incident occurred on 08/22/19 shortly before 9:00 PM. The suspect is possibly associated with a white Volkswagen. If you have information please submit it here.
